Approval of Nov minutes
Motion made to approve Nov minutes made by Mellissa, 2nd by Jess. All in favor motion passed.
Approval of treasurer report for Nov
Britany asked what board wants to do with the funds for Joe LaMantia. Mellissa said she spoke to Pam and was told to keep the money and do what we wants with it. Mellissa asked if we could do something in his honor.
Brittany Miller motions to accept treasurer report, 2nd by Brittany Hughes, all in favor motion passed.
Old Business
1. Update on Gun Bash tickets – Nov 18th American Legion
Mellissa said we got the check from the Legion. What was the food cost? Mellissa added up food cost and said around $700. Brittany Miller asked what the $500 check to the Legion was for. Mellissa said Tri Star made the check out to Parks and the money had to go to Legion so had to write a check to Legion to cover their check.
2. Decision on playground.
Not putting up until spring anyway. After finding the equipment discussion was made on what to order. Mellissa said we can put this to the Alleghenies and see if they would cover the cost. We can vote on it and not order until spring. Discussion was made again and decided to wait until January to make a final decision.
3. Update on ornament sales.
Mellissa said no other ornaments have been sold. No one has contacted her, so Mellissa said we just
Hold on to them. We have some from 1st year and 2nd year.
4. Sub sales final results
Mellissa said we sold 111 subs and 34 salsa sales
5. Training for Elavon system.
Mellissa said she doesn’t have time to do training until January.

New Business
- Finalization on 2026 parks events
Mellissa said she will send out the letter for sponsorship soon.
She said Dusty band is scheduled for Memorial Day, Haven’t heard anything from comedian, Polka band scheduled for Sept, Zoo is free, Science center has 2 dates and are ok- spoke to John about the use of fire hall. He ok with that but can’t start schedule until January. We now have 1 band for Brickfest- Stacy and the Rejects for 3 hours. Krazy Kat Daddies is set for June. They were happy we called them because they had a wedding in August that they really needed to play and did not want to disappoint us.
She is having some difficulty on trying to use a program I bought on ETSY. None of the Santa letters have gone out yet because of this. I have 10 letters at home. I can’t sit and type the letters out. I have the program, unless you know of another way to do them. I did not check the mail box. Brittany said s
Myers class sent them out again this year. Mellissa said she did not check the mail box.
