Old Business:
- Yard Sale June 13 correction of date
- Clean up date June 20 correction of date
- Porta-Johns delivered 15th of May for the summer
- Request made for Boro workers to strip the grass from the location of new play equipment at upper playground
New Business:
- Barbara is unable to attend the July 2 Council meeting as in the hospital.
- Requesting the July 2 Council meeting be amended to July 9
- The office computer is very slow and little memory available. Have information on the best options.
- Barbara in adding responsibilities will now be present and at all functions where funds are involved like concerts, Brickfest and the clean up day. She will be responsible for the collection of all monies.
- Parks and Rec would like to utilize the Boro Building as a storage place for the collection of shoes and plastic bags, etc. This is a professional office which does not have the additional space and must always appear professional and not of a warehouse.
- Came to Barbara’s attention that purchases are being made not with the tax exempt card. Barbara would like starting the close of the June 18th Parks and Rec meeting to not reimburse any taxes paid for items.
- Purchase of window film to be installed on the back window and on the office window to save on heating and air conditioning costs. Cost is only $62.00
- Reminder that there is a standard complaint form in the office which is to be utilized for all complaints to be considered, not anonymous letters or notes.
- Call came in on 6/2 regarding a letter received regarding the 2005 Ordinance on grass height. Gentleman was requesting clarification.

Letters: Unsigned letter regarding Chickens, noise, smell and rats seen
Monthly Borough Assoc meeting: Barbara and guest attended the meeting/dinner on the 28th of May
